Thank you for your continued support and patience over the last few weeks. We are truly grateful to have the community’s support during these challenging times. Although we’ve got a long way to go it’s great to see the continued reduction in infection rates.

In light of the positive news, along with following the recent recommendations from the Federal and State Government, we will be re-opening our Osborne Park and Canning Vale stores on the 1st of May.

That said, we’ll continue to implement strict hygiene measures to ensure the health and safety of customers, frontline staff and our warehouse and delivery team.

Retail Stores

• Our Osborne Park and Canning Vale stores will reopen 1st of May with new trading hours; Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

• Our Joondalup store will continue to remain temporarily closed.

• Our Malaga showroom will continue to stay closed for new sales and is our main distribution centre.

Stock Updates

• We are continuing to replenish our stock and have a heap arriving in the next 2-4 weeks.

• Please visit our website for stock available to Pre-order.

• Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and register your details on our website for stock notifications.

• Added bonus, in following us on social media you’ll receive regular workouts and training tips to keep you motivated throughout this time.

New Orders

• All new orders are to be placed in store or through our Online Store.

• To ensure we provide the best level of service, we are unable to process phone or email orders.

• Tracking and pickup info on all new orders will be sent within 5-7 business days. Please have patience during this time.

Existing Orders

• We have not forgotten about your order! Rest assured our warehouse team is working around the clock to dispatch orders promptly.

• Processing time is 5-7 business days from the date of purchase on all existing orders.

• Our service team is working hard to attend to service and warranty requests. Please be patient as we work through these.

• Please direct any further service/ warranty requests with a clear description of the issue, video and invoice number to our service team via our Service Enquiry Form.
