Buy one - this one - for these reasons. 5 star - is it the best in quality? No. But it is of quality great enough that, at these prices, cannot be flawed. Why a Swiss bar? Variety, one of the single most important things in training. A slightly different movement is enough confusion to force more growth in muscle size and strength. I personally found the change make an immediate different, and I have been training for decades (30 years + ... always wanted one of these). Help relieve strain on joints, too, which is good for older people - and for younger people allows them to strain their muscles beyond the limits of their young joints. With variety you can hit the same muscles just as hard, more often, but from different angles. But there is more variety than you realise with this one - because of its square frame shape, you can pinch grip the sides to strengthen fingers. Pinch grip them in 3 different places for three different sizes of pinch grip! Also get some fat grips of 2 different sizes and load them up on the handles - you have normal, fat and extra fat grips ready to go! You can stick one end in a landmine, and you have multiple grips and ways to use it. Build a wooden attachment and you can turn it into a log press, bolted, clamped or bound to the metal frame. Bar weighs 10kg - not 25kg+ like other bars - which means you can easily pick it up and move it out of the way. It is an accessory bar, you need to be able to easily move it or rack it on the wall. So, many great things about it, very happy here, you will be too.
