Refunds and Replacement
At Flex Fitness Equipment, we take our products and customer service seriously. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with our products or services provided, please get in contact with us. We will take care of this together with you to ensure you are satisfied.
No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned to Flex Fitness Equipment in a used condition, or outside our terms and conditions.
Please note that we will be only be providing a refund by the methods available to us at the time of your return. This may involve Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card Reversal or Store Credit. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds or credits to be processed.
If you’ve changed your mind
From 12th March 2020 until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have simply changed your mind about products purchased from Flex Fitness Equipment
Returns will attract a minimum 20% restocking fee to cover costs. Shipping Fees will not be refunded. Where the item was offered with Free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted the final amount returned. The cost of return shipping will be born by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item:
- Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order
- Must be unopened in its original packaging
- Must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Items or Orders not eligible for return:
- Items on sale / clearance / end of the line / Ex Demo
- Requests received after 14 days of receiving your order
- Items used or not in original condition and packaging
- Items with no receipt of purchase
- Commercial orders
