In order to decide, it’s important to know two things: what are you trying to achieve and how do you plan to use it? What are you trying to achieve?
Full body workout – some home gym machines are designed to train both the upper and lower body muscle groups. These ‘all-in-one’ machines tend to be more expensive and require more floor spare, but can be effective in training the whole body without going to the gym.
