Refunds and Replacement
Please choose carefully as Flex Fitness Equipment does not issue refunds under any circumstances. In the case where a refund has been offered to you a 20% handling fee will be charged on the purchase price.
Any replacements can take upto 14 day’s after receiving your order. This will give us enough sufficient time to investigate the matter and get back to your promptly.
Replacements will only be given where the product is damaged. If a replacement product is not available a refund will be offered.
Where items have been shipped to you, refunds will only be given once the item has been received back into our warehouse.
Strictly no refunds will be given on shipping or assembly costs.
