Fitness Renegades


This gym brands itself as “not your average gym” and features state-of-the-art training facilities, highly skilled coaches, body transformation formulas, nutrition programs, support structures, body composition tracking machines, personalised coaching and accountability checkpoints. The gym does not utilise weight machines or treadmills, instead teaching members to use their body weight together with free weights.

Coaches run programs in three phases: Phase One is the 28 day Transformation Program, providing fundamentals of strength training and nutrition. Phase Two is Renegade Strength, an introduction into strength training and nutrition. Phase Three is Renegade Transformation and consists of premium coaching.
