Jean-Claude (JC) Jardim: CrossFit Games Athlete

Destroying the thought of having any fixed limitations, JC has shown how powerful not only physical but mental strength is, in pushing yourself to your full potential.

He has an impressive sporting background in representing his country, Zimbabwe and State in Motocross, Triathlon, Rugby, Water Polo and Swimming! He made his competitive CrossFit debut at the age of 19 in 2010, winning Wounded Warrior. This being the catalyst in redirecting his focus to a career in CrossFit.

His commitment and dedication to the sport has seen him place 1st at the 2011 CrossFit Open 11.2, compete at the 2014 Africa Regionals and qualify for this year’s CrossFit Games in USA.

With building a successful career in CrossFit and recently opening his own gym, Karmic Strength and Conditioning. JC likes to give back by teaching, coaching and inspiring others to believe in yourself and strive to become a better version of you.

Benchmark stats like a 190kg back squat, 245kg deadlift and 2.19 Fran, you can see why he’s well respected within the state and nationally, along with qualifying for this year’s games.

In qualifying as the National Champion of Zimbabwe, we are proud to support JC as an Armortech sponsored Athlete as he competes at the 2019 CrossFit Games held in Madison, Wisconsin USA in July.
